Meat, Fish & Seafood Transport Dubai

Fresh at 0–2°C, frozen at -18°C, and never the two confused. From Deira fish market to your kitchen door.

Nothing in the cold chain punishes a mistake faster than seafood. Fish held two degrees warm doesn't fail an inspection — it just quietly loses a day of shelf life, and the complaint arrives from the customer instead of the auditor.

We move fresh and frozen protein for Dubai's butchers, fishmongers, restaurants and importers: market collections, cold store pickups, and distribution to kitchens across the city.

Fresh and frozen are two different jobs

People book "a cold van" and expect it to solve both. It doesn't. Fresh fish and meat want 0°C to +2°C — cold enough to hold, warm enough not to freeze and ruin the texture. Frozen product wants -18°C or colder and must never soften, because refreezing turns muscle fibre into ice crystals and the eating quality never comes back.

Mix them in one single-zone vehicle and you run at the colder setting — which means your fresh product freezes. We'd rather tell you that up front than deliver a van full of ruined stock and an invoice.

Market collections start early

The fish market runs on its own clock, and by the time the sun is properly up the best of the catch is gone and the ambient temperature is working against you. Our drivers do these runs daily. The van is cold before it gets to the market, and the load goes straight in.

Hygiene between loads matters here more than anywhere

Fish leaves a signature. A van that carried seafood and isn't cleaned properly will taint the next load and every load after it. We wash and sanitise between clients — and if you'd like to inspect a vehicle before booking, that's a reasonable request and we'll show you one.

Questions

Frequently asked

Can you collect from Deira fish market early morning?

Yes — early market collections are routine for us. The van is pre-cooled before arrival so the catch goes straight into a cold box rather than warming up on the way back.

What temperature should fresh fish be transported at in Dubai?

Fresh fish and chilled meat travel best at 0°C to +2°C — cold enough to preserve shelf life, but above freezing so the texture isn't damaged. Frozen product needs -18°C or below.

Can I carry fresh and frozen in the same van?

Not safely in a single-zone vehicle, because it must run at the colder setting and your fresh stock will freeze. We'd normally recommend either two vehicles or splitting the schedule — tell us the loads and we'll work out which is cheaper.

How do you prevent odour transfer between loads?

Vehicles are washed and sanitised between clients. Seafood in particular leaves residue that taints subsequent loads if it isn't dealt with properly, so this isn't optional on our fleet. You're welcome to inspect a van before booking.
