Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Transport Dubai

Medicines, vaccines and samples moved inside a 2–8°C window — with the record to prove it held.

Pharmaceutical transport has no tolerance band worth arguing about. A vaccine that spends twenty minutes above 8°C may look identical and be worthless, and nobody finds out until it fails to work.

That is why this work is about proof, not promises. We move medicines, vaccines, diagnostics and lab samples for Dubai clinics, pharmacies and distributors inside a monitored 2–8°C window, with temperature reporting on every run.

The window is the whole product

Most pharmaceutical cold chain product lives between +2°C and +8°C. Below it, some biologics are destroyed by freezing just as surely as by heat — which is why we don't simply set the van as cold as it goes. We set it to your specification and we hold it there.

Pre-cooling and the loading bay

The most dangerous ten minutes in pharmaceutical transport is the transfer between a cold store and a warm vehicle. Our vans arrive already at temperature, so the product moves from cold to cold with no excursion in between.

Documentation your auditor will accept

We monitor temperature through the run and supply delivery reporting on request. If your quality agreement or DHA requirements demand records on every consignment, tell us at setup and it becomes standard on your account rather than something you have to remember to ask for.

Ask any transport provider for their temperature record before you ask for their rate. The ones who hesitate are telling you something important.

Lab samples and time-critical runs

Diagnostic samples are a different pressure: the temperature matters, but so does the clock, because a sample outside its stability window is as useless as a warm one. We accept short-notice and time-critical medical runs — call the number rather than emailing if the job is urgent today.

Which vehicle for pharma?

Nearly all pharmaceutical work runs on our 1-tonne chiller vans — the loads are light, the drops are numerous and the vans reach clinic entrances that trucks can't. For distributor-scale movements, the 3.5-tonne chiller truck handles bulk pharmacy replenishment.

Questions

Frequently asked

Can you transport vaccines at 2-8°C in Dubai?

Yes. We hold a monitored +2°C to +8°C window for vaccines and biologics, pre-cool the vehicle before collection, and provide temperature reporting on request so you have the record for your quality file.

Do you provide temperature logs for pharmaceutical deliveries?

Yes. Temperature is monitored through every run and delivery reporting is available on request — or as standard on your account if your quality agreement requires it on every consignment.

Can you handle urgent lab sample transport?

Yes, we accept short-notice and time-critical medical runs. For anything urgent today, call 055 884 4722 directly rather than emailing — the phone is faster.

Are your drivers trained for pharmaceutical handling?

Our drivers are trained on cold-chain discipline: pre-cooled loading, minimal door-open time, secured loads and correct handover. For clients with specific SOPs, we brief the assigned driver on your procedure before the contract starts.
