What we collect

When you contact us through this website, by phone or by WhatsApp, we collect only what we need to quote and deliver the service: your name, company name, phone number, email address, and the details of the transport you're asking about.

Our website does not use tracking cookies for advertising. Basic server logs may record standard technical information such as IP address and browser type, as almost all web servers do.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange the vehicle, invoice you, and keep the records that UAE law requires us to keep. That's all.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not send you promotional messages unless you've asked us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't turn into bookings are kept only as long as they're useful, then removed. Records relating to actual jobs are kept as long as UAE commercial and tax law requires.

Who else sees it

Only our own staff, and only those who need it to do the job. Where a service provider is involved — for example the email service that delivers our contact form — they process the data on our instructions and for no other purpose.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not legally required to keep it. Email info@refrigeratortransport.com and we'll deal with it.
