Rates & Pricing
Indicative 2026 rates, published openly. Most Dubai transport companies won't put a number on a page — we think that's the wrong instinct.
What each vehicle costs
All rates include the vehicle, refrigeration, maintenance, insurance and an experienced driver. Fuel and Salik are billed at cost with receipts.

Daily, weekly or monthly?
The difference is bigger than most people expect. Here's a 1-tonne chiller van over a month, three ways.
Daily hire
- Maximum flexibility
- No commitment
- Different driver each day
- Subject to availability
Weekly hire
- Good for projects
- Some continuity of driver
- Still no long commitment
- Better availability
Monthly contract
- Saves ~AED 3,600/month
- Dedicated vehicle
- Same driver every day
- Guaranteed availability
If you're running the same route every morning, the monthly contract isn't a slightly better deal — it's roughly 40% cheaper. Ask us.
About our pricing
Are these rates fixed?
They're indicative starting points for planning. The final figure depends on your route, daily hours, temperature and contract length — but we quote a fixed number before the vehicle moves, and it doesn't change afterwards.
Why is fuel not included in the rate?
Because a route to Abu Dhabi burns very different fuel from a Deira circuit, and bundling it means either overcharging short routes or losing money on long ones. We bill it at cost with receipts — it's the honest version.
What counts as a working day?
Nine working hours, Saturday to Thursday, with Friday off. Extended hours and Friday running are available and quoted openly rather than hidden in the base rate.
Do longer contracts get cheaper rates?
Yes, substantially. A month of daily hire at AED 350 would be around AED 9,100; the monthly contract is AED 5,500. If you're running a regular route, ask for the contract rate — it's a large difference.
Is there a deposit or minimum term?
Daily hire has no minimum term. Monthly contracts are agreed case by case — call and we'll set it out plainly before you commit to anything.
What about intercity trips?
Runs to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain or across the emirates are quoted per journey rather than on a day rate, because a day rate either overcharges you or doesn't cover the return leg. One number, agreed up front.
